1. Urgent Surgical Operations: Saving Lives on the Frontlines
Urgent and emergency surgery is the cornerstone of this humanitarian campaign. The organization has contracted with a group of specialized local doctors and surgeons inside the Strip to establish field operating rooms and equip them with vital medical instruments. This track aims to perform hundreds of surgical procedures (such as orthopedic surgery, general surgery, and complex trauma care) for wounded individuals and critical cases that cannot afford any delay due to high costs and the absence of conventional medical consumables.
2. Ophthalmology Initiative: Restoring Vision and Distributing Eyeglasses
Due to harsh living conditions and a complete lack of income, families have become entirely unable to afford basic vision care. Our field teams have identified thousands of cases of vision impairment and eye problems among children, the elderly, and students who suffer in silence. This initiative includes setting up mobile vision screening clinics and preparing precise, customized eyeglasses to be distributed completely free of charge, restoring children’s ability to read and the elderly’s ability to navigate their daily lives with ease.

Utilizing modern screening devices and trained nursing staff, this track contributes directly to discovering cases in their early stages and guiding them toward available treatment protocols before it is too late.
4. Maternal and Child Care: Pregnancy Examinations and Safe Delivery Amidst Displacement
Pregnant women in Gaza face tragic conditions inside tents and displacement centers that lack the bare minimum of healthcare, exposing the lives of mothers and fetuses to the risks of miscarriage and acute malnutrition. Ejabh provided integrated women’s clinics supervised by specialized female doctors to monitor fetal growth, conduct ultrasound examinations, and distribute essential nutritional portions, supplements, and vitamins, alongside delivering safe delivery kits to mothers approaching childbirth.
5. Pharmaceutical Convoys: Securing and Distributing Free Chronic Disease Medication
The shortage of medicine and its sky-high prices in local markets represent a fatal obstacle for patients with chronic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney failure, and heart conditions). Our logistical committees succeeded in shipping and securing massive quantities of vital medicines, antibiotics, and painkillers. These are distributed through mobile field pharmacies hand-to-hand, free of charge, to patients and the wounded based on certified medical prescriptions to ensure the medicine reaches those who truly need it.
